Marissa Marshall is a licensed REALTOR®️ and real estate photographer serving Las Vegas, NV. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and has a strong passion for working with buyers and sellers to help people find the space that works best for them. With a love of travel, and having lived in several major markets, she has come to call Las Vegas her home, learning the ins and outs of our eclectic city.

Whether representing buyers or sellers, Marissa’s background in stage production allows her to help each client dig deep to find and flesh out the small details that are most important. This helps set the next stage in their own lives.

Working as a real estate photographer and federally licensed drone pilot allows her to see all parts of the city. Marissa gets the needed details on upcoming listings and the lay of the land. This allows her to understand the bigger picture of our amazing Southern NV region. Being a listing photographer also allows her to get a sneak peek of listings before they hit the market, while building strong relationships with many listing agents in the area.

Marissa is a people person and networking facilitator who loves to spend time connecting with many businesses and professionals in our valley. Her membership to several key groups allows her the unique ability to link clients to the right people and properties.

In her free time, she loves outdoor activities and artistic endeavors. Marissa resides right on the world famous Las Vegas Strip and loves it. It puts her in walking distance to the many fine dining establishments and dazzling shows, jazz lounges and speakeasy’s as well as a central starting point to drive to great hiking trails in any direction with her fiancé and four year old dog. When she’s not playing outside, she loves to be in the kitchen crafting amazing meals for her friends and family or reading her Book Club’s pick of the month.
