You don’t have to live in Summerlin to participate in these festive holiday events. There’s something for every member of the family from ice skating, to the Nutcracker, a visit with the “Big Man” himself, to a Downtown Summerlin Holiday Parade twice a week!

November 7/25 – January 19/26
Rock Rink
Lace up your skates (rentals available) and take a spin around the Rock Rink. This 8,000 square foot, real ice-skating rink at The Lawn in Downtown Summerlin is sure to get you in the holiday spirit. Warm-up at Sterling’s Cocoa Trailer and take a train ride just for the fun of it. Reservations highly recommended. See Pricing & Times Here
November 12/25 – December 22/25
Santa’s Mailbox
Located in The Santa Chalet at the Macy’s Promenade, this is the place to drop off your letters to Santa. Make sure you include a return address so that he can write you back. Sponsored by Tri Pointe Homes, for every letter received, Howard Hughes and Downtown Summerlin will donate $1 to the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation, up to $2,500. More details about Santa’s Mailbox here

The Giving Machine

Downtown Summerlin Holiday Parade
Enjoy this festive parade every Friday & Saturday evening at 6 pm. The final night will be a Monday, December 22. Line up on either side of Park Centre Drive and enjoy sparkling floats, dancers, snow flurries and Santa Claus! Parade dates & times

Las Vegas Ice Theatre presents ‘The Nutcracker’
